Neurologic Relief Center came up with a technique called the NRCTechnique. This technique was specifically designed for two (2) patients with Fibromyalgia. Fibromyalgia is a neurologic disorder that is characterized by musculoskeletal widespread pain, along with fatigue and mood issues. These chronic conditions are flarred and caused by inflamation and compression along the meninges which are the nerve roots of the outer layers of protection for the spinal cord.
When the neck or skull are out of alignment it could pull on the meninges. The Cerebrospinal fluid that covers the brain and the spinal cord under the outer layers to provide relief normally is how the NRCTechnique helps these patients with these disorders. The technique provides a certain amount of pressure at the base of the skull to allow the Cerebrospinal Fluid to flow throughout the Meningeal Compression, thus relieving the tension and irritation to the Meninges and thus relieving these chronic symptoms. Any extension or flexion of these meninges could do more harm and damage to yourself.
These relief of these symptoms could ranger anywhere from a couple of minutes to a couple of days. It depends on the condition, the acuteness, and longevity of the condition.
